1. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide and improve our Service. This includes:

  1. Account Information: Name, email address, profile picture, and third-party login identifiers (Apple ID / Google Account).
  2. User-Generated Content (UGC): Custom photos/images you upload to use as playlist covers.
  3. Usage & AI Interaction Data: Chat history with the AI assistant (text), playback history, playlist titles, and favorited items.
  4. Device & Technical Data: IP address, OS version, device model, app crash logs, and general diagnostic data.
  5. Purchase Meta-Data: Subscription status and timestamps (Payments are processed directly by Apple; we do not collect or store your credit card details).

2. Apple Music & Device Permissions

To provide core functionalities, the App requests specific iOS permissions:

  1. Apple Music & Media Library: The App uses the iOS MusicKit SDK to access your Apple Music library locally to play music and manage playlists. We do not upload or store your Apple Music access tokens or library data on our servers, nor do we sell this data to third parties.
  2. Photos (Camera Roll): We request access to your photo library solely to allow you to upload custom playlist covers or save AI-generated images. Uploaded images are stored securely on our cloud servers strictly for display within your App.
